Sarah has been treating adults, children, young adults and animals with sleep disturbances, anxiety, pain, grief, wound healing, fatigue, inner child and family lineage patterns, and more for over 15 years using her specific combination of Energy Facilitation, Wellness Coaching & Empathic Intuitive Analysis. Often clients aren't sure why they are feeling "off" and just want more detailed information to pinpoint what is there, clear old energy patterns and support their general well-being. Sarah has not only studied over the years, but has a deep connection to the work she does within the community. The training she first received, involved finding ways to heal herself. In 2006, Sarah became very ill with no traditional diagnosis in sight. To find relief, Sarah put her anthropological skills to work and researched alternative healing modalities to try and help support her body. Sarah realized that harmony was needed not only on the Physical Level, but Emotional, Mental and Spiritual Levels too to enjoy improved comfort and happiness. She tuned into Guidance, while at the same time discovering her true calling and mission in life - helping others on their life's journey.
Sarah Founded Color My Spirit, LLC back in 2012 to help offer inspiration, motivation & self-healing for people by helping them explore the messages their bodies are sending them. In 2020 she grew her business and opened her own practice - Color My Spirit Wellness in Raleigh, NC. Sarah had the pleasure of working with many other talented wellness professionals while running the shop to support the community locally until being forced to close due to facility issues in May 2026. Sarah now has her own practice and continues to see clients for in-person sessions in N. Raleigh and virtually, worldwide.

Sarah offers remote or distance sessions for all energy, intuitive and coaching services. She also sees clients in-person out of Color My Spirit Wellness in Raleigh, NC. For an additional fee, she can to travel to a variety of settings to make her services available to a wide-range of people. Sarah is available to see clients in hospitals, hospice centers, and out of their homes (if space allows).
Wellness Guidance Call
Sometimes you don't need a full session-you simply need a little guidance, clarity or help figuring out your next step. Wellness Guidance Calls give you dedicated one-on-one time with Sarah to ask questions, explore which services may best support you, receive practitioner recommendations or talk through your wellness goals and options. Choose the amount of time that fits your needs. These calls are educational and supportive in nature and not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis or other licensed healthcare services. When appropriate, Sarah may recommend another health service provider or encourage you to seek care from a qualified healthcare professional. You are always free to choose whether or not to follow a recommendation.

Chakra Balancing Consultation
Sarah will scan your chakras and biofield with her hands to discover where you may be holding stuck energy or blockages in your body. She will also check the energy flow in your front and back chakras, along with a few minor ones as well. No energy work will be provided and no intuitive messages. Use this session for a good baseline of how your biofields look and learn where you are carrying congestion in your body.

Biomat - Amethyst Crystal Bed & Sound Healing Sessions
Receive healing frequencies from heated amethyst crystals with the same infrared technology you get while using a sauna. Lay down and listen to frequencies that move healing vibrations through different parts of your body as you deeply relax. Rest your head on a black tourmaline & amethyst crystal pillow as you soak up lots of self-care goodness. Messages & Energy Healing Session
Are you looking for an energy session with messages from your energy fields, Higher Self, Angels and Core Spirit Guides? Then this session is for you! Sarah will work in your energy field to encourage self-healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Choose from Quantum Energy, Integrated Energy Therapy (timeline & emotional trauma release), Holy Fire Reiki (trauma release) or Healing Touch for the energy healing modality or Sarah can choose for you. Intentions can be set to help restore harmony and balance. At the end of the session we will talk about your fields, chakras and any intuitive messages that Sarah received for you. Depending on which energy modality is incorporated, you may experience detox symptoms, which will be discussed at the end of the session. In-Person and Remote/Distance services available.

This Session can help Children & Animals feel more balanced again by releasing traumas and easing anxiety. This session can bring clarity to thoughts and emotions that are difficult to put into words for these individuals. A session can also help with neurological disorders, pain management, cancer, healing from surgical procedures and many so much more. Distance sessions preferred.

Spiritual & Clinical Hypnotherapy
Did you know that you already have all the answers you seek inside of you? Utilizing Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, clients are gently guided to their subconscious minds where no matter what has happened in their lives, fundamental wholeness resides. Using guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, each client will be aware of their session and be able to recall the information revealed to them by their subconscious mind. In this session, a person may work on achieving goals related to healing, pain relief, traumas, stress relief, fears, weight loss, smoking cessation, connecting with their Higher Self or Spirit Guides, to name a few. Regardless of the intention, this process, like energy work and messages, can result in a kind of quantum leap that goes beyond the perceived limitations of the conscious mind. You do not have to live in fear. I believe in empowering people with knowledge and support so they can learn how to work with their sensitivities and not be a captive of them. This is a popular session for children, teens & young people as they explore the gifting they have all the way to adults looking for techniques to learn to support themselves for the first time.
