My name is Megan and I am the Owner of Journey of Harmony Coaching. My background is mostly in the Neuro ICU as a Registered Nurse for the last 14 years. This combined with my own dark night of the soul and healing journey have led me to where I am today. I've experienced what it's like to search for answers, crave healing, and wonder where to turn. The inability to speak my truth about the stress in my life led to anaphylactic food allergies. I knew I needed to heal. On my healing journey, I experienced energy work through Reiki which helped me release energetic and emotional blocks within my body. As my healing continued, I created an entire shift in my life while experiencing marriage, motherhood, ICU nursing, separation and divorce, life as a single mom, and an entrepreneur while supporting and creating my own business.
I have journeyed through finding self-love, self-confidence, personal power, inner child healing, breaking negative thought patterns, and creating a life which I know I'm worthy and deserve. This is my personal Journey of Harmony.
I'm available for both in-person and online telehealth sessions with long distance energy healing.
